Quoting doom9's new big3 guide:

Now go to the PostPost Processing - Launch External App section:

The first DoCCE4U options also apply to BCCE. DoCCE4U + ScenAid would result in DIF4U launching DoCCE4U / BCCE for encoding, then launching ScenAid for the authoring part....

I'm using DIF4U 1.4.0, i've launched "ScenAid Compatibility Utility" after installed Scenaid (before Scenaid i used Reauthorist so it is there too), but i cannot see the "DoCCE4U + ScenAid" option mentioned into the guide (just the open/start reauthorist options and the others).

Is it a version's problem or a my fault?

Thanks

no relative, it is simply a result of VIP membership.
In the latest versions of DIf4U it has the option of directly controling the import of CCCEData.Txt into DoCCe4u/BatchCCE, starting the re-encoding function and automating the creation of the script - which is a very handy function to have if your in NTSC land.
you can however perform all these functions manually in a similar fashion to how you used to use ReAuthorist

cheers
