I use scenarist, I made 2 videos tracks:

- one video with the subpicture that appear only when i want
- one simple video without any subpicture

I create the one VTS white one language, and I add 2 PGC under. From the cell having the button tab, I make the link for the button to the second video.
My test works fine, from the frist video I click and I see I jump to the second video, but: at the end of the second video how do I do to return to the first video where I leave, not at the begin of the cell ?

Sorry for my english...So french language is ok.
:(

You have to put the second movie (the "white rabbit" feature) in a Menu domain, either VTS or VMG. As a Post command of this menu PGC in Scenarist, select Jump by Sub-Instructions - Resume. For each button over video, set current cell as a cell for resume.

Thanks for your reply,

But, I did and I get an error:

I have one VTS, one VMG, under the VTS:
- under the VTS: I have one language, and one TITLE,I put the video (with white rabbit) under Language, and the second video under language too, after I make all link, the resume commande is base on the button 0

My button over video works, I can jump from the first video to the second video: but from the second video, I get an error "resume cannot find information"

I cannot choose the button 1Button 0 means selected button is not changed. It doesn't matter anyway since the button will not appear after resume.

Yes,
The main video (with white rabbit) is cute into 3 chapters:
- Chapter 1: here I have the button after 10 second
- Chapter 2 et 3 : no buttons

The second video: no chapter

My test:
I start the main video, at 12 s, I press enter, well I jump to the second video under language, at the end of this second video (the POST command): I have the resume cell (RSM, button=0), this second video have no chapter. The resume command start at the begin of the cell in the first video.

So, my original question was: we have a lot of tutorial about BOV (Button Over Video) but no one explain how to do the resume command from the second video to the main video.

Thanks a lot Dimmer, I beleive, it should be difficult for you to understand my english...

There is a proverb "A picture is worth a thousand words", so here's a snapshot of a simple Scenarist layout that works fine for me. You can see that the main movie has 2 chapters. First chapter contains BOV. Second movie is located in VTS language domain. You can also see the commands. Hope this helps.

Cool,
Thanks Dimmer, I follow step by step your picture, and :
- If i test it with scenarist: it does not work,
- If I compile, and I test with Powerdvd: it works fine...

Cheers

Good, it's more important that it works in PowerDVD than in simulation window.

Here's a great site with info on Scenarist and DVD scripting:
