I was trying to backup Stuck On You and I went thru the whole Big 3 process and the dvd ended up being 200 mb oversized. I tried using VOBSplit on the last VTS of the movie, VTS_05_4.VOB, since this is where the credits start. When I put the newly cut VOB with most of the credits cut out and then created an image of the DVD, it came out to be 4.53 GB, when all the files in the VIDEO_TS folder only takes up 4.30 GB. I know that this is an IFO problem, probably with the number of sectors in the VTS, but I don't know how to fix it. Or is there another way I can cut some of the credits out to cut down on space? I just dont wanna have to encode the whole thing over again :) . Thanks!

Did you use reauthorist in this project?
As far as removing the vob.. you can probably use the info in this guide http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&postid=367148#post367148 to figure it out (it is covering something slightly different but the information can be used to do what you desire. Just removie the vobid's that cover the credits. Butcher at your own risk.

I don't know how big the menu's are on the dvd, but you may wanna try running it thru NM4U and see if you can shrink them down some.. Just a thought.

Im working on Stuck On You as well but the pal version. The menu aint that big, only 13MB, but the video_ts.vob had fake footage in it, after numenu(non-scenarist) its only 80k.
Now on the pal one im dropping the dts track and the trailers that come before the 20th century fox logo and the menu. This give me 3394 avg on the main and 2200 on the extras.Maybe instead of re-encoding the whole thing again you could just re-encode one of the extras again but make it smaller.
