I'm looking for a freeware program to mux my svcd that I encoded with quenc.
I tried bbmpg12418 but I keep getting errors when I try to open my m2v files.
I even have the patch .dll for windows xp and I still keep getting an "can not open file" error.
any help please :)

I tried Tmpgenc. I just dont like that I get sync issues with it. and it's not free after 30 days. all the tools I have for encoding video and audio are all excellent freeware tools except anything to mux svcd.
bbMPEG is the best prog for SVCD muxing IMO.

pdottz - correction, Tmpgenc standard version is free just mpeg2 encoding expires after 30 days. mpeg1 encoding and use of the tools section still works beyond that fine.

i used to mux with mplex, which allways produced a+v in sync, even with vbr-audio! a gui is integrated in tscv.
VCDEasy is a nice program for SVCD creation. The most recent versions aren't free anymore, but you'll be pleased with the free ones.
