a really dumb question

ok, here i go.
sometimes the decrypt button is green and sometimes not.

Can someone explain me why??
i really have not find any thrad/post mentioned that

P.S.: and dont laugh :stupid:

I think it turns green when you selected a source for decrypting, such as put DVD into the drive.
