I'm having a strange problem, and I'm not shure if it belongs here, but who knows...
When I encode a video with auto GK, Xvid, AC3 and I open the file with BSPlayer, the voice level is about 5%. All the effects are OK, with other programs the problem doesn't occur.
Strange but true

There is a test-file on http://users.pandora.be/pleuris/test.avi
file is in Dutch, so don't mind what they say but listen to the volume

Hello and welcome to the forum-
I got the sample, and I use BSPlayer, and it sounds fine. What are you using to decode the AC3 (right-click the video->Properties)? If it's the AC3 Filter, then go into the AC3 Filter Config, and in the lower left, where it says Preset, change it to Loud. There are other ways also, but that works OK. If you're using something else, then maybe give the AC3 Filter (http://www.doom9.org/Soft21/Filters/ac3filter_0_70b.exe) a try.

Hi-
Did you try the Loud Preset in lower left of the Main Tab? That'll get your LFE/Voice/Surround sliders in the Mixer Tab all the way up. However, since you're using the SPDIF, there may be some Audigy settings you have to check also, but I can't help you there.

As Mister Burns would say:
Excellent
Later on I will try it with different settings
The Z-680 changed automatically to digital so that's good
