Does anyone know a good thread in how to create a DVB Main Level MPEG-2 (MP@ML)

I would like to create a stream out of a NLE timeline using Main Concept as the encoder ? Any opinions on Main Concept.... how's the quality ?

What software do you guys use to MUX the elementary stream with the AC3 audio ?

How does this TS folder get delivered ? through a dvd-ram

Is creating a DVB stream as easy of this . Can anyone recommend a good company that sells a software
