#0003 and #0004 - What can we do to help?

I saw you mention that you are going to focus on finding the cause of #0003 and #0004 errors. I was wondering what useful information the beta testers can submit to help you track them down?

Jdobbs has it covered I'm sure, but like most things in programming its a matter of forcing yourself to do it. Thinking about the workload that comes with every new fix or feature can be pretty stressful, especially when you cant even think "at least I get paid for doing it" :(
