dvd or mpeg2 cut using .NET

Where i can get source code to cutting dvd. I have tried doom9 download, MPEG2Cut but..there errors and warning when i compiled.
Thre need some commponent?
I used it for my mini thesis...about cutting mpeg2.
I'am not familiar with C, so when i saw this sorce code...##$%@!)*(@*$
it's make me confius!
So may be someone have SDK for MPEG2Cut or source code to cutting mpeg2 or dvd use .NET.

check my news, search for cuttermaran.. it's a C# (thus .NET) MPEG-2 cutting application and it's open source.
