fixing a XviD file

Hi!

ok my problem is i am trying to encode a Xvid movie to mpeg put tmegenc plus 2.5 wont do it i have tried to re encode the file to divx5 using virtualdub v1.4.5 and VirtualDubMod_1_5_10_1_All_inclusive all to no avail i have even tried fixing the file with div fix but still no luck can anyone help.
