Hey there!

Firt of all, sorry if this one is a bit old, had to wait five days :)

I used to have that exact same problem myself, but only with one DVD.
When I tested another DVD it worked great, everything went smooth and the result was awesome.

The DVD that didn't work was a snowboard movie, whitch probably is a little different from the regular movies.
The only difference that I know about, is that it's a Region 0 NTSC DVD(the other one was a region 2 PAL).
Is it possible that this could this cause the problem?

It's not a rally big deal, but it would be fun to find out what's wrong!

Thanks for a great tool by the way, it's a delight to use!!
