Gordian Knot : what is the frameserver and frame server credits in control panel ?

Hi everyone,

I've download this past week-end all the necesary documentation and tryed out for the first time converting the movie to divx ...

But when came the time to configure the 'Add job' in Gknot i din't knew wich .avs file to choose ? .... i went in the AviSynth 2.5 directory and choose the one named processing.avs and version.avs ...

I guess luck isn't on my side, cause the movie is all 700 megs of black image ... lol

Anyway's .. i din't found nothing in the documentation ? meaby i missread a step ? ...

Have you looked in to Doom9 (http://www.doom9.org/gknot-main4.htm) Guides ?

The add job option is for pre-prepared avs files, that you have either manually created or using GK.

Its relatively simple:

1.Create d2v file (DVD2AVI)
2.Open d2v in GK and select the appropriate settings (lower left corner
)
3.Click on save and encode..

GK will start encoding then.(The required avs file will be internally generated):)

In case if you are not doing DVD transcoding, create an avs file manually of the video and open it through the open button in lower left corner.
