Mpeg2dec3dg in avs?

Hi,
I already asked about this some time ago and got no answer, but I am afraid the question may have been lost inside the GKnot thread:
Since GK now uses the new Dvd2avi/mpeg2dec3 combination, shouldn´t we rather be using mpeg2dec3dg.dll in the avs script, instead of the standard mpeg2dec3.dll? Or am I totally missing the point?

You're correct. Donald fixed issues in both DVD2AVI and mpeg2dec3.
Afaik mixing dg and non-dg versions works correctly. However because of the fixed issues it's better to to use DVD2AVIdg together with mpeg2dec3dg.

mpeg2dec3.dll in current GK is actually mpeg2dec3dg.dll. The name was kept so that users don't have to change anything in the options of GK
