Bifrost is a simple derainbowing filter that uses temporal blending to remove or at least reduce the effect. It's based on the old "add enough thresholds and it can't fail" philosophy. You can get it from http://yatta.mellbin.org/misc/ where a simple avisynth conversion of smart smoother IQ also can be found.
Note that this filter has only been tested on a few r1 anime dvds.
