pal dvd to ntsc conversion with dvd-rb

I was wondering if it is possible to convert a pal dvd to ntsc format using dvd-rb.

Only a few rows down the same question is posted. And no it will not be possible untill all the important problems are fixed first. But maybe some day.

That question was about DVDShrink, not DVD-RB.

But the answer is still the same. It is not possible at this time.
