Cutting a matroska file with subtitles.

I have a 2cd matroska file here with subtitles muxed in from vsrip.

How do I split the file so that the subs work on cd2? I have tried splitting it with mmg.exe, but no luck. VobSub is in my tray, but there are no subs.

I still have all the parts to the encode, so if it's easier to do before muxing, then I can do that.

Yeah, I got it to work. The problem was not with my file splitting, but with my subtitles.
