English not default audio how to fix?

I have a problem that when I rip my dvd to hard drive, using dvd decrypter in IFO mode, then play them back, English is not the default audio Italian is. How can I fix this when I go to burn my backup.

the pretty old version of dvdfav (available at mrbass) can easily allow you setting the default audio track
