DVD Rebuilder CCE-Settings ?

Hi,

I just had a quick look at the CCE documentation and I found
VBR_Bias explained. I couldn't find Qualiy_Prec.
Could s.o. please recommend settings for these values (cce 2.50).

I tried the search function but those threads are too big.

Hmmm what did you find for VBR_Bias? I was just wondering about this myself. I seem to remember someone giving some suggestions but I can't find it either.

I have it set for Bias 20 and Prec quality 16 that seems to be a very good combination

Me too, you could think also to add a TemporalSoften(4,2,2,16,2) to the avisynth script, many old and modern DVD will benefit.
Place it before ConvertToYUY2.

We have an entire subforum dedicated to CCE, since it is used by many other programs in addition to Rebuilder. So a simple search there for 'bias' finds lots of information and opinions on that setting. Quality_prec is also known as Image Quality Priority in CCE 2.5 and also has a lot of discussion surrounding it.
