Mounting 2.5" HD on spare PCI slot?

I have a spare 2.5" HD that I want to use, but all my drive bays are full. However, my PCI slots are still empty. Are there mounting kits available that'll allow me to mount the HD there? Note I'm not looking for a HD-on-PCI-card.

They have external closures for either CD/DVD rom drives and Hard Drives. And if that doesn't work, you could always use duct tape!
