DVD 2 VCD sync issue

I have tried to convert my SG1 dvd collection to VCD and everyone I try the audio is about a second before the video. I have tried internal ripping, dvd decryptor, set movie offset to 1 in bbmpeg. What else could it be.

Anybody successfully convert dvd2vcd with SG1 dvd?

Has anyone successfully done SG1 conversion from dvd 2 vcd without sync issues?
And isn't bbmpeg offset movie feature suppose to fix it? I tried it but it came out the same

I had no sync issues with an NTSC version of SG1, although I had a lot of other issues doing VCD with the new beta. Frankly, I think I have only done 1 vcd in the last several years. What settings were you using, and did they conform to the VCD standard?
