I have a lot of short films (IMAX and the like, for background at parties) that would easily fit 2 on a dvd. Especially with dual-layer coming this year I'm sure that more people will want to combine dvds. Problem is that you can't easily keep the menus, which are often needed for access to the extras. And remaking menus is a pain the ass.
My idea is a tool that would combine the video_ts's, renumber the vts's so they don't conflict, and update all the relevant info in the the ifo's and bup's. Then add a simple menu to choose between the two menu sets.
I'm not very familiar with the rules for DVD structure. Would this be possible?
