ps2 &xbox decrypt

I am a gamer but I constantly damage my ps2 and xbox games and very often my consoles cannot read the dvds. How can I backup them?
I have a dvd-rw so I would like someone to tell me the needed programms and the process.

i think you backup a ps2/xbox game, the same way you backup a dvd (ISO mode)

In short, Xbox disks cannot be read in computer dvd drives. To be able to back up games and subsequently play the backup, you must have a modded Xbox, either via a modchip or software exploit. I believe Ps2 games can be backed up just using a computer, but you still need a modded Ps2 to play them as well.
