decode tpr files

hey,

does someone knows how I can change a tpr file? when I open it with notepad it gives some squares and no letters (it is decoded)

does someone knows how to decode? (maybe dvd2svcd knows it?)

To do this the project file must be saved as "Text project file" from TMPG
