rip directly to mpg - no split

Awhile back I captured some old VHS tapes and converted them to DVD. Recently I discovered that I had screwed up on the menu I made for the video. I would like to simply rip the DVD back to mpg or another format I can feed to DVD-lab so that I can re-author the disc. I'm trying to use DVD Decrypter to do this but can't seem to get the right settings. I'm using IFO ripping because there are two videos on the DVD and would like to do each on its own. What are the settings to rip directly to mpeg or demuxed audio and video with no split in the files?

Try splitting/demuxing with VobEdit. There you can either demux entire titleset at once or split it by cell ID or Vob ID first if you need to separate your two videos if they are in the same VTS.
