Benefit of Chroma motion?

I was wondering if or not the benefit of chroma motion is that great. I encoded Star Wars: Attack of the Clones, Lord of the Rings, and Indiana Jones without chroma motion. They still look fine. So, that led me to wonder about chroma motion's benefit vs. time. Does everyone encode all the time with chroma motion on? how much of difference do you actually notice when you watch the movie encoded with and without chroma motion on???

Do Attack of the Clones again and compare the lightswords. You'll see. Probably worth this ~5% time difference.
