Whenever I begin to capture TV theres always a slight buzz that happens, but when I am just watching there is no buzz at all. This only happens when I capture and is really annoying. I have the pinnacle pctv pro card, ive used iuvcr and virtual vcr with the same results. Help.

It's just a guess, but this "sounds" like interference from a power supply (50Hz or 60Hz, depending on your location).
Are you using the card's RF tuner? If so, try using a non-RF video signal, such as composite video or S-video.

Use your cable box's video-out, rather than an RF signal.
If it doesn't have one, you have a few choices.
One is to use an external tuner, such as a VCR.
Another is to attempt to reduce RFI within your PC. For many threads on the subject -- as there are many suggested methods -- search the Capture forum for "interference."
If neither of those produce acceptable results, then another choice is to capture with something other than a PCI card, such as an external capture device that then uses firewire or USB for input to your PC.

So someone suggested I use the internal cdaudio output on the card and now the sound is crystal clear, problem solved.

Another idea:
I think, you feed the sound to your soundcard, OK?
Check the settings with Window's sound-control then. There are different settings for 'listening' and 'recording'.
Maybe your 'recording-settings' have another input activated (e.g. microphon) which is the source for the recorded noise.
