I have an .AVI movie (DivX 5.0 and MPEG-1 Layer 2) which plays fine on my computer.
In VirtualDub 1.5.10, I extracted audio to .WAV (.File | Save WAV...).
The audio is jerky from start to end.

I thought that only audio playback was choppy and that the file was OK. I proceded with TMPGenc (using same .AVI and the new .WAV from VDub) to create .m2v and .mp2 files to be used by Scenarist. Then I authored DVD and created DVD folders in Scenarist using files from TMPGenc. The video is OK but the audio is jerky.
I used the same process many times before - this is the first time I'm experiencing this kind of problem.

 Any ideas?
