The problem is quite simple, when i decrypt Ice Age with version 3.2.0.0 some of the dvd gets corrupted like sid on sid the extra.
But with version 3.1.9.0 or earlier the dvd is fine. Dvd Decrypter never errors i've tested this theroy on 2 PC's same result boht times.
Any ideas how to fix other than going back to an earlier version?

Please just check if those DVDs have any 0 (zero) byte (in size) files.

by 0 (zero) byte (in size) files do you mean files that are zero bytes?

Yeah some are
VTS_02_0.VOB
VTS_03_0.VOB
VTS_04_0.VOB
VTS_05_0.VOB
All those are 0 bytes.
What does that mean about my problem?

And I guess you're ripping in ISO mode - yeah?
I found a problem with 0 byte files where the next one in the list wouldnt get decrypted.
It has been fixed (in the betas) for a while now and im just about ready to make another 'final' release.

Cool, good job. Should i use 3.1.9 then or is there any way i can get a beta or should i wait for the next release?

@jed
In the meantime, here's what you can do if you can't wait. I just did this workaround with The Matrix (region 1) which had two 0 KB menu VOBs. Delete or drag your 0 KB VOBs into another folder. Open up any IFO with IfoEdit and click on "Get VTS Sectors" button. If you burn your corrected files Nero, you shouldn't be getting any reallocation error messages. ;)
A lot of Warner DVDs seem to have a signature way with using 0 KB files. :devil:

Another upcoming version soon? C:cool::cool:L!

Yup, another version very soon. Today hopefully.
The problem only effects ISO mode so there are always ways around the problem - i.e. just dont use ISO mode on discs with 0 byte files! lol
