I have AC3 file which someone encoded with annoying DRC (Dynamic Range Compression) settings so I have very bad sound - in silent scenes volume of background noise goes higher and higher and when dialogs start, it abruptly goes down. It is verry annoying to hear...
Is there any toll that can fix this and "undo" DRC (reduse noised parts) on AC3 or WAV ?
