Frame Drop Problem

Until now, no one could help me solve my problem with gradual async subs. Not even when reading other posts found a direct and like..."ok its like this, this and this!" answer. So what i´m trying to say is that isn´t someone out there that can make a guide on how to aply NTSC subtitles, and all those drop frame issues and out of sync problems, on to NTSC films?! Please if there is show your self. I´m sure many of us would thank him a lot.

tks for finally someone helping me. As for not to have looked enough, i looked and asked in the section that seemed logical to me, in the subtitles section, since it was a subtitle problem, and didn´t even consider to look in the advanced authoring section.
Anyway tks very much and I hope that finally this will solve the problem because i just dont know what else to do!
