Well I have been trying to back up a korean movie called Friends or Chingu for the longest. I have been running into problem after problem and am about to give up.
This has been pissing me off and I'm about to quit. I have been using the Big3, and IFOUpdate is just giving me error messages.
I keep getting "Run-Time Error 6: Overflow" when I try to load the IFO. Any IFO.
The only thread I could find on the forums that had the information on how to fix this was
Here (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=54855). Now to me that guide is very vague and confusing. Hell I have no idea wtf to do.
Here is what I have been able to figure out, tell me if I'm wrong. Make a new directory and copy all the contents from what Scenarist gave me, and than Copy the orignal IFO and BUP files into that same directory replacing the authored ones.
Open up IFOEdit, and Delete the layer break. Save, exit, reload. Press the VOB Extras button, it says to check Correct Vob-Unit (Navigation Pack) pointers in VOB-files, and Correct original IFO files. Now if I select only those two, I will not be able to select a directory that I want to use. It says to put it in a different directory, when do I move it to the directory that I want.
Than I'm supposed to reload it once again, and how do I do this part.
15. Now, all the chapter pointers in VTS_PGS_X, VTS_TMAPTI, VTS_C_ADT, and VTS_VOBU_ADMAP should be rebuilt. For VTS_VOBU_ADMAP, you are not going to get the exact same thing as the one from re-authored. It gets rebuilt by itself, but how? I'm sure theres something that I'm missing.
This is such a pain, this may be the last DVD that I ever copy.
