The only thing I would like to do, is to edit the subtitles colors from the original movie.
I ripped a film onto the HD with DVD shrink and then I opened the main IFO file with IfoEdit in order to set the colors, something like this:
Color 1: 00 00 00 (Not active)
Color 2: 10 80 80
Color 3: D2 92 10
Color 4: 10 80 80
As a result it should be a yellow text with black outline and antialias, but it's not.
Could somebody tell me why?

I've made a few tests, It seems to be that after the ripping with DVD Shrink, the colors are different (I mean, the subtitle color set is different in the original movie).
I opened the main IFO file with IfoEdit and I found out that Color 0 is outline and Color 9 is text, nothing else (No Background and no antialias).
More ideas on this subject?

Did you mean that PGC color palette in IFO file is different from original or that DVD Shrink changes color map in subpicture stream? Those are 2 different things.
Subpicture stream uses 4 colors out of 16 color palette defined for PGC in IFO file. If you want to change the colors in PGC palette then you just need to edit the IFO file. If however you want to change subpicture-to-palette maapping, then you need to re-encode sup stream, and remux it with elementary video/audio streams.
If you are wondering what colors from palette are used by a subpicture, you can check that with DVDSupTools. There is a small DOS utility DVDSupHTML.exe in the package that examines individual sup stream and shows the colormap as a 4 digit number, such as 3210 - meaning that subpicture stream uses colors 3, 2, 1 and 0 from PGC's palette. I think the order is foreground, antialias, outline, background. First you need to demux sup streams, of course.

Yes! At last somebody! If I add new subtitles to the movie, I use the normal 4 colors (0=backgroung, 1=outline, 2=text, 3=antialias) at the PGC in the IFO file. That's not the question.
When I ripp a DVD with DVD Shrink, only with the audio and subtitles I want (not de or remuxing, just keeping the originals... I only want to change the text color) It may be possible that DVD Shrink changed something in the main IFO file, That's why I found out, that after this ripping process, the color are not 0, 1, 2, 3, as before but: 0=outline, 9=text, no background and no antialias.
I don't know realy why, may be you know...
Thanks!
