Which is best (in quality and speed) for capture? PIC or Morgan MJPEG?

Easy,
PIC, Fastest. (Good on old slow PC's)
Morgan 3.xx, Best quality by far in slowest(floating point)mode.

PIC is obsolete IMHO.

You may as well say that MJPEG is obsolete, because DV uses the same, but more advanced technology.

In my opinion, the only reason why one would prefer MJPEG over DV is the freedom of choosing resolutions other than 720x576 or 720x480, respectively.
