DVDStripper : problem with multilanguage menus

Hi everybody,

I have a problem with DVDStripper and multilanguage menus. I have some movies with menus in French and English. When I want to remove the english one, the DVD doesn't work. When I keep the English one, the DVD works fine. Why ? Is it not possible to ask to the DVD to play the French menu ? How does it work ? Thx.

Anyone can help me please ? On my PC, the menus are in English but when I try the DVD on my standalone, it's French. How do we make the choice ?

is your dvd player set up to play French menu's etc by default?

PowerDVD is probably just playing the default menu on the DVD which will be English. So as it's removed it will be hanging at the main menu but obviously missing the picture :(

it should be possible to ask the DVD player to play the French movie by default using IFOedit, depending on how it selects the menu

simple answer :)

open IFO in Ifoedit
mooch around for a while getting an idea of how the DVD navigates
modify a few values
save IFO

I'm blind without the IFO info I guess but maybe I can still help :)
