Schedule the capture

Could anybody tell me some programs which allows you to schedule the capture?

windows tasks.

start->run->c:\windows\tasks.

add new task, etc.

use virtualvcr, and read its docs about setting up scheduled tasks.

VirtualDub VCR has a built in timer. It's the one I use and its good.
