AVI playback problem with Subtitle Workshop 2.51

Loading and starting some AVI results in most cases with blue screen of death of Win XP.
It was flawless in previous versions.

I am aware of strange issues happening in some systems (I bet you use XP + SP1 + other updates) but I couldn't reproduce the problems in my PC :(

It is XP, but no SP1 - I removed it 1 year ago (it made just troubles).
There is no update except that against MS Blast.

Strange, it happened only to people using SP1 :(
