How to start Scenarist?

I am trying to start to use Scenarist, but can not even start it.
When I start scenarist I get Progect manager window that ask me
for scenario file. My csenario file is ampty. Can anibody to help?

I spent Last 3 days trying to find similar subject on DOOM9 forun,
before asking this question. I am new in Scenarist. I got to know
Maestro, but this program does not satisfy me any more.

It isn't asking for a Scenario file, it is displaying a list of recent scenarios. To start a new Scenario, select the New button at the bottom. This will guide you through the setup process. Good luck :)

You can skip through most of the setup screens as you are able to change them later on in Scenarist.
