ReJig cells problem?

I'm trying to remux film with replaced subs while keeping original menu, but even when I import CellTimes.txt from IfoEdit to ReJig, I get less cells than I supposed (25 instead of 26, even CellTimes has 26 lines). The times are also wrong (about 2-3 second differences throughout the vob). I selected NTSC correctly, so that shouldn't be the problem.
Any ideas, why this happens and what to do about it?

OK, some additional info - it seems there are only 25 cells, because cells time deviation (so called :) ) is so big, that last, only 1,5 seconds long cell, is after the end, therefore it isn't created.
Well, at least that's what I suppose :)

But the problem that still remains is - why the hell doesn't ReJig set cells times correctly?

It's a known flaw. The next release will hopefully correct that.
