AC3 to AC3 frame rate changing

Hi all

I had cut the audio from an (AC3)AVI in WAV with Nandub and then fixed it to AC3 with BeSliced.
It generated me a 23 fps ac3 file and i want to convert it to a 25fps ac3 file.
I was told to use BeSweet but it says that the ac3enc has been removed and so it cannot enconde it.

What should i do, to encode AC3(23fps) in AC3(25fps)?

I'd be very gratefull if you help me

Use BeSweet v1.4, but keep in mind the AC3 encoder was removed because of its very poor quality. Or use a commercial encoder, see the AC3 FAQ linked in my sig for links.

I ve tried with Sonic but what i see is that it doenst have the frame rate changing, feature
Please indicate me an app that has that feature.

I'm looking for the same but i want to change the fps of my Ac3 from 25fps to 23fps lol.
