xcd to dvd

How do I burn xcd to cd/dvd ?

extract your m2f2 (XCD) file from the cd to hd with the tools described in the faq
i assume you will get a avi/ogm or mkv output

read the guides/use search to find out how to convert these files (mostly including mp3 and mpeg-4 i assume) to dvd

I don't understand anything in the guides. I tried search...nothing I can use or understand there.
