playing divx/xvid with ac3, audio doesn't play

Hi,

When I try to play a divx or xvid video clip that has ac3 audio, Window media player says "error downloading codec" and then the clip will play without audio. My guess is that I need to download an ac3 codec. If that's the case, where can I download it? If not, what do you think might be wrong??

i found my answer under "filters" in doom9's download section.

AC3Filter 0.70b did the trick.
