How to add or replace audio stream w/o losing menus?

I have a previously authored concert dvd, but it simply has camera audio, but with good menus. How would I go about simply replacing the audio?

If you are using Scenarist, just delete the contents of the audio stream and not the audio stream itself.

Sorry mate, you can't. You'll have to use some other utility to break open the VOBs
