Hi,

I have several mpeg 1 layer 2 audion files that have been inproperly cut at the beginning and end, resulting in files that are not recognized by several authoring packages.

Is there a program that can fix those files without having to re-encode them?
IŽm looking for something very much like ac3fix for .ac3 files but only for mpeg audio streams?

Any input on this - searching here and google did not help or bring up anyhting useful ...

Thanks - Morlock

You could try running it through BeSplit (using -type mp2 -fix ) but I have no idea if this will work and am unable to test right now.
