How to convert chapter file type WITH chapter names?

Hi.
I am looking for a tool that is able to convert chapter files from one format to another including the chapter names.
For exemple if i had created a chapter file in ogg chapter format with the chapter names from www.blockbuster.com then I needed to convert it to bsplayer format for creation of .bsi file.
Unfortunately I am not capable of writing programmes myself.
Any suggestions?

If you have a text editor supporting macros, it is quite easy to do yourself and you don't need programming skills. I prefer Crimson Editor (http://www.crimsoneditor.com/) myself (free), but there are plenty of other text editors around wih macros.
