Is there any way to get this to stay from run to run. If I understand correctly DIF4U uses whatever I write in DVDCalc for target size of the DVD, but this doesn't seem to stay between closing and opening DVDCalc let alone between DIF4U runs or am I misstaken?
Would be real sweet to have the ability to set DVD target size in the main interface or Other Options with a couple of presets and a custom setting if possible :)

I think you are mistaken.
DIF4U encodes extras with the bitrate you select in the interface, and with the remaining space calculates the maximun bitrate.
DVDCalc is just a tool you may use for some situations when you, i.e, strip a VTS.

Another thing with the target size or more the output, when i untick audio tracks dif4u still gives me a avg for if i keep the all the audio so the disc comes out undersized. I.E.... when i backed up identity , the final size of the disc was 4.27GB, but i had removed two audio tracks.... same with retutner, i removed two 5.1 audio tracks but the avg dif4u gave was a avg. that i would need to use if i kept all the audio... these where both pal

@Master Yoda
I haven't had this problem at all. Last time I went from DIF4U --> DoCCE4U --> Reauthorist (Only Author)
My DVD came out 4_696_332_288 bytes or 4,37 GB with 4 removed audio tracks!
I don't know what version you use, I was using 1.4.5 at that moment. I could mention that I'm also a PAL user and the DVD was therefore ofcourse PAL ;)
