DVD VM-Language

Does anyone know of helpful tools to generate commands for the Virtual Machine in DVD players?
I know there is this awesome DVD-Replica webpage (http://www.dvd-replica.com/DVD/index.php) that's excellent, but since I haven't a permanent internet connection (yet), I'd prefer to use an offline "DVD-VM Assembler" or something similar.

Any help/hint/link is highly appreciated!

Offline VM generator is now available as an inclusive part of the
Unofficial DVD Specifications Guide. (http://www.dvd-replica.com/DVD/vm.php)

..and, of course, there is TF's utility, on the Mac..

PgcEdit or DvdReMake Pro support all the possible VM commands and their combinations, so you can use either one to do a custom programming of your DVD.
