Hi all,

By using DVDSHRINK 3.1.x, I rip movies into harddrive sucessfully. But when I burn ripped files to DVD disc, which at 99% of burning, the PC is frozen and says as program not responding. So I have to restart it then all data is gone. This happened several times that exact at 99% of burning that makes me freak out. My burner is NEC and Nero software. Any input would greatly be appreciated. Thank you.

Welcome to the forum :).

Did you something with your ripped files or did you try to burn them as they are? If you want to only burn riped files I suggest you to use DVD Decrypter to rip your files in ISO mode and burn them with the same aplication. (In my opinion) Nero is not quite well in DVD burning. You can try also ImgTool (you can download them on download page of doom9īs page) from CouJo (www.coujo.de). To use ImgTool you need only demo version of Nero.

Try dropping your target size down about 50meg in DVD shrink.
