Hi, all!

Looking for a solution to overcome the following prob:

After demuxing of an 80 minutes film with ProjectX and authoring it with
ifoEdit I get a 'half-frequency" sound with the beginning of the 4th VOB
file.

Playing the demuxed sound file with nero 6 media player, all sounds good from beginning to the end of file. But the VOBs 4 and 5 produced by ifoEdit sound very low, It sounds like being half the frequency.

Does someone have any experiences with this problem? What can I do?

Many thanks for help.

Just a shot in the dark.....does this only happen when you play the 4th VOB on its own? What happens when you load the IFO file in WinDVD and switch to the point where the 4th VOB would start? Probably the sound will be ok. When you burn on DVDR the sound will be ok through the entire movie/film. Good luck!

Hi Moondust,

Sorry for the extremely long delay. But, I had serious problems with my PC
not only with playing videos, but more and more also with other software.

Well, meanwhile the 'problems' seem to be resolved: One of three memory
modules could be found as defective. I found it out using the simple
soft 'MEMTEST86' working in DOS mode.

After replacing the module by a new one, all works properly.

So, thank you very much for trying to help me and again, sorry for the big delay.

Best regards

No problem at all, I am glad it's ok now. ;-)
