All subtitle fans , read my question please

Is there anyway to sync subtitles with AdobePremiere and after that , import it to scenarist as a SST file or something ?

you could work on the choice of your thread topic.
State in the topic what it is about , not "read please". Then people like me who cannot care less about premiere and scenarist don't have to enter the thread only to find it's about something they have no idea/interest in ...
