I have an Xvid encoded avi file with an AC3 5.1 Dolby Digital Sountrack. When i play it back the audio is EXTREMELY low, i have to turn my speakers all the way up just to watch it. I am planning to burn it to a DVD+R, and am wondering if this will be a problem on my TV. If so I would like to keep its DD5.1 attributes, if this is a matter of settings it would be great. Thanks!! :D

AFAIK this is very common. And that's a gross understatement ;). Check the AC3 FAQ (linked in my sig) for more tips.

Also, as a simpler solution, you might try using "Media Player Classic" which has a built-in ac3 decoder, the volume of which is always higher than say "OdioDekoda".
Still, as the best choice, my vote goes to AC3filter as well! :)
